Music to listen to while running: I do not
usually listen to music, but when I do, anything
with a good beat and a catchy hook works.
Running Shoes: LOCO Perfecto (Perfect
right out of the box!)
I've been running (without being forced by a coach) for about
8 years. I started on the treadmill while trying to think about
my qualifying exam proposal, graduated to outdoor races
soon after and did my first marathon two years ago. Right
now, I'm running just for fun.
